About Newmarket Indian Cuisine Newmarket Indian Cuisine is owned by Mr. Nur Ali who previously owned the Shapla Tandoori in Bury St. Edmunds. It is managed by Mr. Nur Ali’s sons, Monza Ali and Dildar Ali and the head chef is also a member of the family, his brother Taris Ali. Mr. Nur Ali, the owner, is also a chef as well as his eldest son Monza Ali. With years of expertise, there will surely be a brilliant chef present to serve you. Newmarket Indian Cuisine is a really nice friendly restaurant which caters for all; young families, elderly and children as well. It has a nice Indian homely atmosphere and it also has a non-smoking seating area upstairs. It is fully air conditioned to make you more comfortable and relaxed.
